At Align Research, we are committed to maintaining the integrity, handling standards, and quality control expectations associated with laboratory research materials.

1. Research Material Handling Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only materials, Align Research does not accept returns once a product has left our facility.
This policy helps preserve:
- Product integrity
- Handling consistency
- Storage accountability
- Quality assurance standards
All sales are considered final after shipment unless otherwise determined by Align Research.
2. Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $250 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within eligible service regions.
Align Research reserves the right to:
- Select the shipping carrier
- Adjust shipping methods
- Restrict free shipping eligibility based on location or operational limitations
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information submitted at checkout is accurate and complete.
Align Research is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delivery issues resulting from address errors
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly at:

Align Research reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, reshipment, or account credit where applicable.
5. Order Cancellations

6. Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages
Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to:

Due to research material handling requirements, returned products may not be eligible for resale or refund.
